Thanks for checking out the Copilot Difference. The Copilot Academy Team is BIG with communication, so either Natalie Shoemate, Ashley Ghegan, Owen Reagan or Hollie Hillyard will touch base via email within 24 hours to schedule a consultation Monday-Friday. Consults are FREE before 4:00pm. After 4:00pm consults are $25 due to the number of evening no call no shows. Saturday & Sunday consults are $25. If you are ready to schedule a free consultation within the next 14 days, please fill out the consultation form and allow the trainers time to get in touch with you via email. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am-7:00pm & Saturday & Sunday by appointment only. If you submit a form after 6:00pm, then we will be in touch with you during the next business day. Please only fill out one form per household listing all dogs you have interest in receiving training for on the same form.

Due to individuals scheduling an online consultation & choosing to not log on after reminders are sent and or cancelling minutes before their appointment, we will be charging a $25 fee for this option. Payments can be made via Zelle with no charge (natalie@copilotacademy.com) or Venmo with a 1.9% additional charge (Copilot-Academy)

Copilot Academy offers ONE scheduled in person consultation per dog(s) in each household MONDAY through FRIDAY before 4:00pm. Evening consults 4:00pm and after are $25. SATURDAY & SUNDAY consults are by appointment only and have a $25 fee due to the number of no call no shows. If you choose to be a no call no show for either online or in person consultations or request a reschedule less than 12 hours from your appointment time, then we would be happy to reschedule for a $45 fee. Different payment methods (Venmo & Square) WILL include a 1.9%-3.5% additional fee. Zelle is free.
I have made effort to educate myself on Copilot's website and am fully aware that Copilot uses a variety of training methods and equipment to include treats, martingale collars, plastic prong collars and remote collars in a fair and appropriate way to aid in my dog's learning. I will not be surprised at the consultation when a trainer reviews the collar options in person.
